I just wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience with your company- In the past I have had several bad experiences with other garage door companies so when I needed service this time I decided to contact my door's manufacturer to get a referral- they lead me to your company. Technician "David" was extremely informative, competent and friendly. He was quickly able to identify and resolve my door problem without gouging me; he also went out of his way to answer all of my questions thoroughly and professionally. And, before he left, he showed me a few maintenance steps that would help to ensure trouble-free operation. (I didn't tell this to David but) I was prepared to pay much more for this type of service. Bottom line- it was the best experience I've ever had with a home repair company and I will confidently refer your company to any family or friends who are in need of garage door service. Thank you.

I have been using this company for many years now from installation of my Martin Garage Door to yearly maintenance. What I am most impressed with was when my garage door was to be initially installed. After returning home expecting the door to be installed, it wasn't. I called the owner to inquire and to my surprise, I was told that the garage door was not installed as they noticed damage on one of the panels and wanted to send it back for a new door. What service and great customer service!!!!

Last year, my garage door was overhauled, including replacement of the torsion springs by a different repair company (Fix & Go). The door failed in less than a year. So this time, I first checked with the Better Business Bureau and found Automated Garage Door Systems. They have excellent reviews and have been in business a long time. Dave, their repairman came out and had to extensively rework the door and track to undo all of the mistakes and damage created by the previous repair company. He also had to replace the springs with the proper springs and a bearing that the previous company failed to install. I discovered that Dave has almost 40 years’ experience in garage door repair. He was friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable, and completely answered all of my questions. He not only fixed the problem, but also adjusted the safety mechanisms and door opener. Finally, Dave is very honest. His price was very reasonable for all of the work he had to do. In summary, I highly recommend Automated Garage Door Systems. I will call on them for any future garage door work on my home or rental properties.

Dave has installed 3 garage doors, repaired openers and provided other maintenance services over the course of 12 years. I have referred him to co workers and friends about the quality of his work and workmanship. He does an excellent job!

I've owned three homes and from the first call, Automated Garage Door Systems has been my first choice in garage door services. There was even one time when we couldn't get the door down and I called and Dave was sure to make an emergency run to my home that evening to ensure the security of my home until he was able to return the next day to make the necessary repairs. I have given his number to friends and family.

I have dealt with Dave from Automated Garage Door Systems for 17 years. I had him install a new garage door and opener in 2001. When I had a problem with it 9 months later, he came out right away and fixed it under warranty. After 9 years he installed new torsion bar springs and just last week (March 2018), I had him install a new Genie opener along with new springs. Dave and Tamara have always been courteous, prompt, and efficient. I would recommend this company without any reservations.

I would give this company 5 stars. My family has been using their services for over 10 years. They are trustworthy and reliable and stand behind their work. Their prices are reasonable and the customer service is wonderful. The business is owned by by a couple. Tammy does the front office work and her husband Dave does the service calls. Both are friendly, professional and get back to you right away. Dave has replaced broken springs on our old garage door, upgraded our motor and we later had him install a roll top door. We couldn't be more pleased with his work. I called him back to do the annual preventive service a year later and will continue to use his services. He takes pride in his work and you will be very happy with the quality of the work and prompt service. They're the best. I highly recommend them.

These guys were great. I had a broken spring and my garage door rail had come out of place and broken a bolt because of a small accident with the car (it wasn't my fault!) I tried to fix it myself but I felt I was only making it worse. After calling around I decided to go with these guys and I am very happy! They were very honest about pricing and worked efficiently. The guy that came by my house was really nice as well. Thanks guys!
